We are looking for a Content Writer&Copywriter to join Peera project, which is a groundbreaking Web3 community-building platform that transforms how knowledge and connections are valued. It offers three core components: a dynamic community and forum platform, an intuitive AI chatbot, and growth-driving validation services for Web3 projects. Soon, it’ll introduce a tokenization feature, positioning Peera as a space "Where Knowledge is Currency Minted by Community." We're looking for a creative and skilled copywriter to help articulate the vision, engage our audience, and help shape the narrative of this transformative platform.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Knows how to write words that sell and can do so in any format we throw their way (articles, emails, social posts, press releases, scripts, display, microcopy—you name it)
  • They have a collaborative style, aren’t afraid to kill their darlings, and always keep a loose grip (because, after all, life’s too short for tense territoriality, and multiple brains are always better than one)
  • Has a refined writer’s intuition, knowing when to take creative risks and doing so with fearless and reckless abandon
  • Considers quality the king and creativity the breath of life

Key Requirements

We’re looking for a writer who can not only craft compelling content but strategically create a content-driven lead funnel. This role demands a sharp understanding of how to produce content that influences pipeline progression, supports sales goals, and contributes directly to deal success.

General Responsibilities

  • Write killer content and copy across platforms: web, blog, social, email (the usual)
  • Know your audience and what makes them tick so you can build content strategies that hit and convert your targets
  • Speak robot regularly—train your models, refine their output, and make sure they don’t take over (just yet)
  • Humanize your AI-generated content
  • Write emails that people actual ly o pe n, r ead, a nd click through
  • Develop content strategies designed to engage audiences and create a lead funnel that supports and accelerates pipeline growth
  • Partner with marketing and sales to create content and copy that aligns with sales initiatives fills the pipeline, and closes deals
  • Perform SEO wizardry (know your keywords and use them to get results)
  • Track your content's performance, and use the data to make it even better
  • Stay ahead of the content marketing curve. Know what’s new, what’s next, what works, and what’s stopped working
  • Keep our brand voice consistent and on point
  • Be kind and easy to work with

Must Haves

  • At least five years of professional writing experience (portfolio or writing samples)
  • Writing and editing talent that will make us jealous
  • Proven experience creating content that drives leads, nurtures prospects, and positively impacts sales pipeline and revenue goals
  • A nuanced understanding of the differen ces between content and copywriting (and an ability to do both with significant skill)
  • A deep understanding of content marketing and copywriting principles (SEO, keywords, strategy, persuasion, benefit-focus, and soon)
  • An established relationship with Gen-AI and the ability to train your models and tweak the outputs
  • An analytical mind capable of mining actionable insights from the metrics to make things better
  • Genius-level communication ability that’s obvious in your speech, writing, and interpretive dance movements (jk)
  • Familiarity and experience with HubSpot
