Digital Marketing Intern at Pikd


This is a part-time, 20 hours per week paid role, which can be conducted partially remote (must be able to come to London on occasion).


This is an entry-level role for somebody social-savvy, who loves keeping up with all the hottest product releases and knows Gen Z’s pain when it comes to having expensive taste and not enough money to fund a bougie lifestyle. No previous work experience is required as long as you speak Gen Z’s language and are familiar with content creation for major social platforms, particularly TikTok, as well as Instagram and LinkedIn.


You’ll be working alongside our Head of Social, assisting with content creation for socials in the form of UGC videos and occasional content shoots in London (have you always dreamed of ambushing random people on Carnaby Street with a microphone? We certainly haven’t, and everyone on the team refuses to do it, but if that sounds like fun to you, you’ll get major bonus points from us). 


You’ll be confident with filming and editing content for TikTok, and have a great eye for aesthetics, whilst being detail-oriented and able to follow brand guidelines and expectations.


You may also need to assist with some ad-hoc, day-to-day (read: kind of boring) tasks like assisting with packing and shipping prizes to users, and helping out our CEO with tasks.


There will also be some opportunity to gain experience in B2B marketing, helping us to select and reach out to brands for collabs, and writing copy for our LinkedIn.

Key qualities:


  • Experience using Canva (essential) and Photoshop (desirable)
  • Creative; an ideas person who’s able to bring ideas to life through action and organisation
  • Video editing skills for short-form social content (i.e. Capcut)
  • Great eye for detail and aesthetics
  • Happy to travel into London occasionally
  • Strong knowledge of popular and up-and-coming brands in the fashion, beauty, lifestyle, tech industries
  • Any experience with sales, outreach, or B2B marketing is highly valued.

Key duties:


  • Filming and editing content for socials
  • Creating posts using Canva for TikTok & Instagram
  • Assisting with in-person shoots on occasion
  • Content ideation, planning, 
  • Packing and shipping prizes
  • Brand research and outreach/strategy
  • Helping to curate prizes that our user base will love
  • Community management and engagement, responding to DMs & coming up with
