Do you have the dedication and empathy required to support students who face significant challenges in their educational journey?Our highly inclusive school in Oxford, are looking for a Behaviour Support Specialist to join their team starting as soon as possible.They prioritise student inclusivity and development and ensure that the learnign environemnt is a place where students will thrive despite the challanges they face.This is a great opportunity for those who are looking to really make a difference in the lives of students who need additional support.Your role will involve working with students who have severe emotional and mental health needs.The students struggle with high levels of stress and anxiety and emotional dysregulation.They need support to manage and process their emotions.
