The role involves managing reservations, seating guests, and supporting the floor team during service. This position requires a polished and professional appearance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.Position: HostessLocation: Movela House, Colnbrook bypass, SL3 0EHJob Type: Full-time/Part-timeKey Responsibilities:Greet guests warmly upon arrival, escort them to their table, and provide menus.Manage reservations, walk-ins, and seating arrangements to optimize table turnover and guest flow.Answer telephone inquiries, manage the reservation system, and handle customer queries with professionalism.Collaborate with the floor team to ensure a seamless guest experience from entry to exit.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station, ensuring a polished reception area.Assist in managing the waiting list during peak times and keep guests informed of their table status.Required Skills & Experience:Previous experience as a Hostess in a fine-dining or high-volume restaurant is preferred.Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, professional attitude.Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail in managing seating arrangements and reservations.Ability to handle customer complaints and provide solutions diplomatically.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.Familiarity with reservation management systems is a plus.How to Apply: If you’re excited about being a part of our growing team, send your resume to aravinth@revo-recruitment.co.ukWe can’t wait to meet youJoin us and help make our grand opening a success
