Experience Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, specifically solar and BESS projects
  • Experience in managing project budgets, financial forecasting, and cost control
  • Proven track record in managing international, large scale energy projects
  • Strong experience with EPC coordination and delivery
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Proficiency in project management systems
Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of solar and BESS projects
  • Work closely with engineers, designers, contractors, and other stakeholders
  • Develop and manage project budgets, approve invoices, and implement cost-control measures
  • Oversee and facilitate EPC activities
  • Ensure clear communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Maintain high standards of health, safety, and quality control
  • Regularly prepare and present project reports to stakeholders
  • Contribute to internal processes, tools, and knowledge management practices
