What You Will Be Doing:

As a National Sales Manager at Kassoe Housing, you will be responsible for driving growth initiatives, nurturing client relationships, and managing rental properties across the UK. Working closely with our Operations Team, you will oversee property portfolios and ensure high-level service delivery to our clients while ensuring our UK sales team meets their targets.


Our ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the UK residential real estate market, maybe you recruited for data centers in the past, been a project manager within the industry and thrives in an environment that values respect, teamwork, integrity, and camaraderie. We believe in collaboration and supporting one another to achieve collective success.



Key responsibilities and daily actions:

  • Develop and execute national sales strategies.
  • Identify and engage potential clients and partners.
  • Manage customer growth, profitability, and expansion into new areas.
  • Drive new business and maximize key customer sales.
  • Lead client acquisition, retention, and sales performance tracking.
  • Conduct lead generation, cold calling, and site visits.
  • Negotiate contracts and review sales reports.
  • Collaborate with Area Managers and support MD.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities.



Mandatory key qualifications:

  • Comprehensive understanding of the UK residential real estate market, including trends, regulations, and key players.
  • Demonstrated success in crafting and implementing effective national sales strategies that drive growth.
  • Proven ability to acquire, retain, and nurture client relationships, ensuring long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Experienced in leading teams and working seamlessly across departments to achieve business objectives.
  • Expertise in contract negotiation, coupled with a strong ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions.
