Payroll Specialist

Do you have extensive knowledge of Global Payroll Taxes and year-end filings? Are you seeking a fully remote opportunity that allows you to showcase your expertise in a global organisation? Look no further We are currently recruiting for a Global Payroll Tax Specialist on behalf of our client, a leader in financial technology, with a presence in 146 countries and across 135 currencies.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing subject matter expertise on Payroll legislation related to payroll tax in the EMEA, APAC, and LATAM regions. You will work closely with the Payroll and Third-Party Vendors to manage year-end processes, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of tax forms. Additionally, you will develop and execute detailed year-end project plans, conduct audits on third-party vendors, collaborate with various teams, and maintain high-quality standards in all deliverables.
To succeed in this role, you should have project management experience and a deep understanding of end-of-year payroll tax filings. Stakeholder management skills are crucial, as you will be leading a team to execute comprehensive project plans. Experience in supporting Global Payroll operations and strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills are also desirable. An undergraduate degree or equivalent experience, along with relevant certifications such as FPC, CPA, or Certified Payroll Professional, will be an advantage.
In return for your skills and expertise, our client offers a competitive salary of £85,000 per annum, plus extensive benefits including medical insurance, pension contributions, and access to discounted benefits websites. You will be employed as an Ajilon Consultant, working onsite with our client. This is a fully remote position on a contract basis until March 2025.
