About the Company

Phase 3, a leading Digital Transformation company that specialises in HR, Payroll and Finance Systems Consultancy. We are currently expanding our network of skilled professionals and seeking external contractors and associates to join our dynamic team. We specialise in delivering exceptional consulting services across a variety of platforms, and we're looking for experts in HRIS, Payroll, Finance and Workforce Management Systems to support our growing client base.


About the Role

We are looking for Systems specialists and Human Resource Consultants with experience in Consultancy, System Implementations, configuration and System Selection who are systems specialists or have knowledge of a variety of systems. We have a growing pipeline of projects so please apply or reach out to be added to our associate pool of contractors.


Responsibilities

  • Experience of HRIS Implementation, configuration and system selection (see below – we can take on those with little and with lots)
  • Confident ownership of project life cycles and methods, evidentially proven
  • Contextual awareness, particularly of HR and Payroll in more than one sector
  • Understanding of project life-cycle and methods
  • Communicative fluency, both verbal and in documentation
  • Strong analytical thinking and openness to learning
  • Commitment to clients, team and Phase 3 projects


Qualifications

Our associate pool is open to HR professionals who have experience in, but not limited to: People XCD, CoreHR, Access People, iTrent, ResourceLink, Salesforce, Fairsail (now Sage People), Sage, Sage Intacct, SAP, Unit 4, Civica, Carval, Business Objects, Cognos, SQL reporting (or legacy equivalents).


Pay range and compensation package

Hourly and Daily rates are negotiable based on experience and system proficiency
