The Role: We’re looking for a highly skilled and adaptable Founders Associate to work closely with the founders, supporting various strategic initiatives. This is a high-impact role, providing direct exposure to all aspects of the business including strategy, operations, partnerships, and fundraising. You'll serve as the right hand to the founders, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and assisting with high-priority projects across multiple functions.
You Are: A proactive, street-smart individual with an "action-oriented mindset." You're highly organised, data-driven, and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously with ease. You have a natural ability to communicate effectively, manage investor relations, and handle clinical conversations with confidence. You thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy taking on diverse responsibilities, from fundraising support to organising leadership events. You're mission-driven and passionate about healthcare
What You'll Do:
- Project Management: Lead end-to-end project management, from conception to delivery, across partnerships, strategy, product development, and funding initiatives.
- Communication & Internal Comms: Act as a point of contact for internal communications, particularly when the CEO or COO are unavailable, ensuring smooth operations through daily stand-ups, OKR tracking, and diary management.
- Event Management: Organise leadership days, internal and external events, including budget management, logistics, and preparing sales or promotional material.
- Investor Relations: Manage investor communications and support fundraising efforts, including financial analysis and preparing reports or pitches for investors.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Use analytics and benchmarking to track performance metrics, report on progress, and influence key decisions.
- Fundraising: Provide financial and strategic insights to support the CEO during fundraising rounds. Comfortable with numbers and analysing financial data.
- Marketing & CRM: Assist with marketing efforts and manage CRM systems to ensure client relationships are well-tracked and nurtured.
Top Skills/Experience Required:
- Professional & Street Smart: You combine professionalism with practical intuition, knowing how to navigate complex situations with confidence.
- Excellent Communication: Clear, concise, and persuasive in written and verbal communication, with a high level of emotional intelligence.
- Humble & Proactive: You have a down-to-earth attitude but are proactive in solving problems and taking ownership of tasks.
- Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills to support data-driven decision-making across the business.
- Health Tech Experience: 2 years of experience, ideally within health tech with a strong understanding of the industry.
- Mission-Driven: You are deeply aligned with our mission and motivated to contribute to the healthcare industry.
- Right-Hand to CEO: You’ve worked in a support role directly with senior leadership, ideally as a right-hand person to a CEO or similar.
Package:
Salary: £40-50k per annum
Share Options: Be part of the company’s success with equity in the business.
Hybrid Working: Enjoy flexibility with a mix of remote work and time in our dog-friendly office near Liverpool Street. We hold in-person planning and strategy sessions, but the rest is up to you.
Annual Leave: 33 days of holiday per year (including bank holidays), with the option to carry over up to 5 days.
Cycle to Work Scheme: Take advantage of our cycle-to-work program for purchasing a bike.
