Your Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced IT Compliance Lead to manage all aspects of technical compliance as well as support the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role will focus on providing general IT support to employees, managing systems in both Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, and troubleshooting a variety of hardware, software, and networking issues. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to manage tasks independently. This is a blended role with both technical and compliance skills required.

  • Develop, implement and maintain IT policies and procedures
  • Ensure policies comply with relevant standards such as Cyber Essentials, ISO27001, GDPR etc.
  • Collaborate with other corporate service stakeholders such as HR and Legal to ensure policies and responsibilities are effectively segregated, controlled and disseminated through the team.
  • Ensure the Sales and Commercial Teams have access to the relevant policies and to ensure compliance against relevant standards and frameworks such as NHS, Public sector.
  • Microsoft 365 Administration
  • Azure Management including defining and implement management groups, resource groups, and user roles using RBAC.
  • Configure and monitor budgets and validate IT infrastructure requirements.
  • Optimise Azure environments to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
  • IT security, audit and supplier management
  • Disaster Recovery and BCP

You will need to be a commutable distance from Manchester and there is an expectation of a minimum of 3 days per week at the office.
