HVAC Contract Manager - Static Site


HVAC Contract Manager required for an award-winning HVAC business on a static site in Salisbury


Due to continued growth of works on site, the HVAC Contract Manager will be responsible for approximately 3 million of HVAC works, including chillers, steam boilers, air conditioning and air handling units



Package:


  • Salary £60,000
  • Car or £7,000 car allowance
  • Net profit bonus
  • 33 days holiday



Requirements:


  • Contract Manager, Project Manager, Project Engineer or Contract Engineer within the HVAC industry
  • Must have managed commercial HVAC projects
  • Formal HVAC engineering qualifications
