Job Summary:  We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing expert to join our team, focusing on battery raw materials market intelligence and related consultancy services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, leading sales and marketing campaigns, and securing new business opportunities within the battery metals supply chain. You will be the key player in positioning our consultancy services and market intelligence products in a highly competitive landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Competitive Positioning: Develop strategies to competitively position our battery consultancy and market intelligence services, ensuring we are recognized as leaders in the sector.
  • Product Marketing: Execute marketing strategies for our specialized battery market intelligence products, ensuring that potential clients are fully aware of the benefits and value propositions of our offerings.
  • Consultancy Service Promotion: Promote our bespoke battery consultancy services through targeted marketing campaigns, including client presentations, webinars, and industry events.
  • Multichannel Marketing: Leverage a broad range of marketing channels, including industry conference, digital marketing, email campaigns, and social media, to build brand awareness and generate leads
  • Lead Generation: Generate high-quality leads from across the global battery metals supply chain, driving business opportunities in emerging and established markets in UK and internationally.
  • Proposal Development: Create customized proposals for consultancy services tailored to the specific needs of clients, ensuring a high conversion rate.
  • Performance Analysis: Conduct monthly performance analysis of sales and marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations to improve strategies and optimize ROI.
  • Revenue Growth: Lead efforts to scale up the business, driving significant revenue growth for our battery raw materials services.


Qualifications

  • Consultancy Experience: Proven experience working in consultancy, with a strong understanding of the sales cycle from lead generation to sales conversion.
  • Battery Raw Materials Expertise: Solid understanding of the battery raw materials market and/or related commodities.
  • Sales Leadership: Hands-on experience in lead generation, nurturing leads, and converting sales in both domestic and international markets.
  • Client Relationships: Experience working with UK and international clients, with a proven ability to build long-lasting, valuable relationships.


Location

  • Ideally candidates should be within commuting distance of Oxford, UK.
  • Hybrid working arrangements are available, but the role requires at least 3 days per week in the Oxford office.
  • Opportunity to travel including visiting relevant conferences and prospective clients worldwide.
