Job Description
Key Responsibilities

  • Generate market appraisals and develop new business opportunities
  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and viewing staff to arrange viewing appointments and negotiate offers
  • Pro-actively manage applicant relationships and communication, utilizing databases to ensure up-to-date applicant information
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors and applicants
  • Prepare marketing materials and communicate with prospective purchasers
  • Contribute to the general running and profitability of the sales department
  • Support the excellent reputation of Carter Jonas by providing a consistently high level of service to clients
  • Perform administrative tasks, including record keeping and file management

Requirements

  • Proven property sales experience and excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in IT and comfortable working with databases and software
  • Desirable: experience in the local area residential sales market
