  • Managing and adjusting production schedules to meet deadlines.
  • Negotiating competitive pricing with suppliers.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for visiting clients, providing tours of the facility, and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Building strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders by keeping them informed throughout the project lifecycle.

The Person

The ideal candidate will have a background in project, account, or print production management within a print or design-focused environment.

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in project/account/production management or a similar role, preferably in a design agency or print production setting.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and planning skills.
  • Professional and well-presented demeanour with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a significant advantage.
  • Familiarity with print production processes, including litho, silkscreen, and digital print, is highly desirable.

Salary & Benefits

  • Competitive salary of up to £37,000, depending on experience.
  • 21 days of holiday plus Bank Holidays.
  • Genuine opportunities for growth and progression in a leading business.
  • Free on-site parking and additional perks.
