Psychological Services Consultant

We are excited to offer an exciting opportunity for an experienced Educational Psychologist to join our team at Outcomes First Group. As an integral member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will work with schools to support the development of therapeutic environments and implement Trauma Informed and Neurodiversity Affirming practice.
With a focus on improving outcomes for pupils with complex needs, you will provide psychological assessment, guidance for education teams, and professional development training for all staff. You will work alongside Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists, Psychotherapists, Psychologists, and Assistant Psychologists.
The ideal candidate will possess a master's or doctoral professional qualification in Educational Psychology, be registered with the HCPC, and have experience working with people with complex SEN needs. Strong communication skills, creative problem-solving abilities, and resilience are essential for this role.
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this role is up to £63,840 (FTE), depending on experience. This role offers a range of benefits, including flexible working arrangements, access to regular clinical supervision, and opportunities for professional development.
