Job Description

DP World is hiring a Quality Admin to join our rapidly expanding team in Minworth/Birmingham. The Quality Admin will manage material which is deemed as suspect material. Ensuring this is held away from operational processes. Making sure sufficient material is available to fulfill the customers requirements.


How you will contribute

  • Management of material for quality issues reported for both inbound and outbound including both quantities for ESC held material and incoming material in transit. Ensuring material is controlled and held as per customer requirements.
  • Support the 3rd Party inspection company ensuring adequate stock is supplied for rework/ inspection.
  • Provide workload to MHE operators to supply the 3rd Party Inspection company.
  • Issue of daily demand report and Issue of weekly pallet hold status to both customer & QCC/ 3rd Party Inspection company.
  • Provide delivery data for both breakpoint ICA stock and PCA. And supply clean delivery date to the JLR receiving plant.

What will you bring

  • Strong knowledge in planning, communication, PC & Administration skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficient in all Microsoft applications and IT Systems, specifically excel
  • Experience within an automotive or logistics environment is preferred
