SF Recruitment are working with a business based in Yardley who is looking for a Quality Assurance Administrator to join the team

Only admin skills required for this role

Office based Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that all form and logs are maintained accurately and contemporaneously
- Ensure that all Quality and Regulatory files are maintained
- Capture and record customer complaints
- Record process deviations
- Minute quality and regulatory team meetings
- Maintain records of staff training
- Processing of customer returns
- Any other tasks delegated by Responsible Person/QA technicians
Characteristics and Skills
- Well organised with excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- A strong, pro-active team worker
- Flexible and enthusiastic
Desirable Skills:

- Excellent PC Skills including MS Office, Excel (intermediate to advanced). Experience of inventory management software is preferable but not essential.
- High level of numeracy and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Capable of managing own workload
Position Details
- Full time Role (Mon-Fri, 9am to 5pm)
- Position available for immediate start
- Holiday allowance - 28 days (including Bank Holidays)
