Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality assurance and governance policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance
  • Provide training and support to staff on quality assurance and governance best practices
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders, including regulators and accreditation bodies
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality and governance

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., healthcare administration, quality assurance)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance and governance
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
