My client, a membership organisation is recruiting for two Membership Accounts Executives.


Main Responsibilities of the Membership Accounts Executive

  • Membership renewals and engagement; payments and general queries.
  • Answering and screening enquiries by telephone and email
  • Updating CRM
  • To provide ad hoc support as necessary from time to time.


Essential Skills

  • Proactive, a self-starter with excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent verbal / communication skills, internally and externally.
  • Excellent telephone and people skills.
  • Organisational skills: Able to prioritise own workload and meet tight deadlines.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • IT / Microsoft Skills
