Here’s what you’ll be doing:In a period of high business growth, we are looking for an experienced, dynamic, commercially minded, and results-oriented People Partner to join our team.You will work with our Tech and Product leadership team to enable our highly engaged, ambitious, and intelligent SBers to achieve more than they ever thought possible.Reporting to Jim (Director of People), you will join a small but mighty team of Tech and Product People Partners across the US and UK. The team is all about creating impact, leaving egos at the door, and jumping in with both feet to help SB achieve its ambitions.As one of our Tech and Product People Partners, you’ll:partner with our global technology and product leaders to understand their objectives and develop People strategies that drive business outcomescollaborate and partner with People COEs (L&D, TA, Reward, People Ops, ER, etc.) to translate those People strategies into actions and initiativesleverage your keen eye for organisational effectiveness, design, and agility so our teams can scaleidentify opportunities and coach leaders to build a high-performing and highly engaged organisationuse data and instincts to identify areas to reinforce our culture and employee value proposition so that our SBers are in an environment to be at their bestlead and contribute to strategic People team programs and projects that reinforce our unique Simply Business cultureWe’re looking for someone who is:a people partner holding a role supporting technology and product teams in a fast-paced, high growth, digital organisation that has been rapidly scaling, ideally with a presence in both the UK and USAstrong technical expertise in organisational design, talent management, talent development, data analysis, employee relations, and business consultinga change agent with the ability to lead change initiatives and drive organisational transformation in a dynamic, ambiguous, and fast-paced environmenta problem solver with strong analytical skills and the ability to identify root causes, develop creative solutions, and drive continuous improvementstrong in business acumen and commercial awareness(We know it’s tough, but please try to avoid the confidence gap.
