Position Overview:


As a Trainee Marketing & Sales Manager, you will support our marketing and sales teams, gaining valuable hands-on experience across various areas, specialising on the in person aspect of sales, events, retail, residential and client relationship management. This is a fantastic opportunity for young professionals, recent graduates or those early in their careers who are looking to develop their skills in marketing and sales within a fast-paced, results-driven environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Support the sales team and client outreach.
  • Help analyse market trends and customer data to refine our marketing and sales strategies.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign effectiveness.
  • Contribute to the creation of promotional content and marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of marketing and sales efforts.
  • Attend team meetings and contribute ideas to new marketing initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support as needed, including data entry, reporting, and client follow-ups.
