**Position Overview**

As the **Sales and Marketing Trainee**, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our retail business partners. You will lead a team of dedicated professionals, leveraging your extensive knowledge of sales and marketing, client acquisition strategies, compliance management, and brand relationship building to achieve outstanding outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Sales Leadership_
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the unique needs of each territory.
- Continuously analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to the sales team, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance, implementing corrective actions when necessary to ensure targets are met.
- Strategic Marketing_
- Craft and implement innovative marketing initiatives that elevate brand visibility and market presence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns.
- Stay current with marketing trends and emerging technologies to remain at the forefront of the industry.
- Monitor marketing campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to maximize effectiveness.
- Client Acquisition Mastery_
- Develop and implement client acquisition strategies that identify, engage, and convert leads into loyal customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align client acquisition efforts with sales goals.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize client acquisition processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Compliance Management_
- Oversee compliance with all relevant laws and regulations within the retail sector.
- Implement compliance best practices and procedures to ensure legal operations.
- Act as a point of contact for regulatory inquiries and audits, ensuring a seamless compliance process.
- Brand Relationship Building_
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with brands and industry stakeholders.
- Identify and negotiate partnership opportunities that enhance the brand's reputation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage brand relationships for promotional activities.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales and marketing leadership roles.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and successful marketing campaigns.

Pay: £26,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
