Role Overview:

Our client is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead the sales of biogas and anaerobic digestion systems in the UK and Scandinavian markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing customer relationships, and delivering tailored energy solutions that align with client needs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to drive growth in the UK and Scandinavia.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with key decision-makers in industries such as agriculture, waste management, and energy.
  • Present and propose tailored biogas and anaerobic digestion solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Lead contract negotiations, close high-value deals, and establish long-term client partnerships.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance market visibility.
  • Provide regular sales performance updates and insights on market trends and customer feedback.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven track record in sales, ideally within the renewable energy, biogas, anaerobic digestion, or waste management sectors.
  • Strong understanding of biogas and anaerobic digestion technologies and their market applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of a Scandinavian language (e.g., Swedish, Danish, Norwegian) is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the UK and Scandinavia.
