Sales team has grown from 6 to 25 in the last 2yrs

Everyone on the team is smashing their numbers right now

Won big logos like Morrison and the NHS

We’ve already placed with them this year

Looking to grow from 50 to 300 people in the next 3yrs

The role

Looking after a team of 6 AMs, with power to grow this immediately

Responsible for a team target ~£1m

Ensure MRR and ARR targets are hit

Support sales team on client meetings

Home based contract, travel covered, 2-3 days a week in office

£50-£55k base + £30-£35k OTE

The Candidate

Proven track record of leading high performance teams

Experience working in a fast paced environment

Experience scaling sales teams

Previous success as an IC before making the transition to leadership
