Holiday Home Sales Advisor


Location: Retallack Resort & Spa, St Columb, Cornwall, TR9 6DE

Hours of work: Permanent, 40 Hours per week

Salary: £30,000 Basic Salary + OTE

We are currently seeking 2 highly motivated and enthusiastic Holiday Home Sales Advisors to join our team at a prestigious Retallack 5-star Resort & Spa. As a Holiday Home Sales Advisor, you will have the exciting opportunity to sell luxury lodges and barns within a beautiful holiday home setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a main point of contact for potential buyers, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Promote and sell luxury lodges and barns to prospective customers, highlighting the unique features and benefits of each property.
  • Conduct property tours and showcase the resort's amenities to potential buyers, ensuring a personalized and memorable experience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to tailor sales presentations accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, including online and offline marketing campaigns.
  • Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitor offerings to provide accurate and insightful information to customers.
  • Assist in managing the sales process, from initial inquiry to completion, ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction for both the buyer and the resort.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the holiday home sales department.

Skills, experience and qualities you’ll need:

  • Previous experience in selling luxury lodges and barns, preferably within hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential buyers.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Knowledge of luxury property market trends and an understanding of the holiday home industry.
  • Self-motivated and driven, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays, as required.
