Cloudco Entertainment develops multi-platform entertainment franchises across all media channels and extensive consumer merchandising programs that immerse children and adults in brands they love.   

 

LOCATION: This position would be based at home with frequent manager and team facetime in London. This position would ideally be London based or within commuting distance of Sussex.  

 

GENERAL SUMMARY:  

Reporting to the VP of International Licensing and supporting the International Team, the International Licensing Coordinator will be pivotal in supporting the growth of our consumer products business whilst ensuring the International team functions efficiently. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:  

  • Assist the VP of international licensing by helping to prepare, update, and build pitch decks, spreadsheets, and brand materials to be shared with Internal and External stakeholders 
  • Supporting the day-to-day management of licensees, retailers and agents with a focus on Latin America and Asia Pacific, including deal memos, amends and contract status reports. 
  • Create and maintain internal documents including Licensee List, Deal trackers and Activation calendars.  
  • Distribute assets and brand materials with agents / partners and coordindate agendas for regular weekly or monthly meetings.  
  • Manage sample requirements for events and meetings. 
  • Support with general day-to-day responsibilities, new initiatives and various administrative tasks.  
  • Support VP of Intl. Licensing on forecasting and budgeting process. 
  • Review royalty reports for discrepancies and ensure agents/partners provide relevant financial documentation including forecasts in a timely manner.  
  • Conduct research projects on an adhoc basis and make initial outreach to prospective partners. 
  • Communicate market and retail trends as seen to wider team. 
  • Represent Cloudco Entertainment at events & trade shows as necessary 
  • Occasional Travel required.  

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:  

  • Bachelors degree and/or equivalent work experience within licensing.  
  • Minimum 2 years work experience within licensing or role linked to licensing 

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:   

  • Ability to communicate at all levels verbally and written 
  • Fluent in written and spoken English: additional language such as Spanish or Chinese would be advantagoeus 
  • Computer literate with good Microsoft Office skills. 
  • Occasional travel may be required internationally.
