We are looking for a skilled and experienced Sales Manager to drive our sales efforts in the UK market.
Position Overview : The Sales Manager for the UK market will be responsible for driving sales, managing customer relationships, and expanding the market presence of our chemical additives for asphalt mixes. The ideal candidate will have a background in civil or chemical engineering and a proven track record in sales within the construction or chemical industries.

Strong technical background with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow market share in the UK.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the customer base.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
- Establish strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners in the UK.
- Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective account management.
3. Market Analysis and Insight:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape in the UK.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
4. Technical Support and Consultation:
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding the use and benefits of chemical additives in asphalt mixes.
- Collaborate with R&D and technical teams to develop and refine product offerings based on customer feedback and market demands.
- Conduct product demonstrations, trials, and training sessions for clients and industry stakeholders in the UK.
5. Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, performance, and market conditions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales activities.
Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5 years of proven experience in sales or business development in the construction or chemical industries, preferably in the UK market.
• In-depth knowledge of chemical additives for asphalt mixes and their applications.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and develop strong customer relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
