Job Description

Junior Application Support required by our client who are a global events management company, with well-established and leading trade shows and conferences across the world, with 30,000 + participants per year

The Junior Application Support role will see you play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of their event management system, including, managing stakeholder communications, resolving bugs, overseeing system administration tasks, and coordinating feature go-lives.

For this Junior Application Support role, your key responsibilities will be:

  • Provide day-to-day support for the software platform, resolving bugs and managing configurations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and Technical Account Managers to resolve issues.
  • Manage user access, permissions, and basic system administration tasks.
  • Coordinate feature launches and conduct thorough testing before go-live.

We are looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • A problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet varying project needs and learning styles.
  • Basic technical knowledge and experience in a technology support role, ideally with software application systems.

They can offer this Junior Application Support role a salary of up to £30,000 with great benefits, including flexible working, AND the opportunity to travel abroad to their events The position is hybrid working with 3 days in their office in Brighton and 2 days working from home.
