**About Us**

Working nationwide, based in Sussex, we are company of circa 10 employees looking to grow our team. Working with commercial property owners and their agents, we brand, design and produce marketing solutions for vacant commercial property/development sites. We also help rebrand existing portfolios.

Our services include digital marketing, traditional print campaigns, photography, video and virtual tours, signage production and installation. Our clients are predominantly national/international investment companies that maintain a portfolio of commercial, trade and industrial properties on large estates across the UK.

The largest growth in our sector right now is digital content such as websites, e-campaigns, virtual tours and social media.

**About You**

We are looking for a Junior Designer with web design experience to join our team in the Brighton Office, perhaps someone qualified in the last year who is still seeking their place or maybe you have a couple of years under your belt and are looking for a new challenge.

We are looking for a digital designer with basic website build and development knowledge Predominantly working with CMS, a working knowledge of some basic code would be advantageous. You will have at least one years working as a web designer/developer.

An up-to-date knowledge of advances in web design and latest trends in social media would be useful.

Ability to communicate and work with others essential; we are a small team, so communication is key. You will be able to work by yourself and be well organised. You should be happy to chat on the telephone and happy to chat with colleagues. An enthusiasm to always bring something to the table will be key to your success.

**Digital/Social Media Output**

We work in mixed media (websites, printed material, estate signage, interactive media, virtual tours etc.) so having an awareness of the importance of how different elements of a client’s brief complement one another will be advantageous.

**Relevant skills/knowledges**:

- Graphic Design principles
- Web Design, HTML and CSS
- Use of FTP clients for web asset transfer
- Knowledge of social media PPC would be advantageous
- Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts and develop designs suitable for our clients.
- Use innovation to define a design brief within the constraints of cost and time.
- Keep up-to-date with trends in graphic design techniques and software.
- Retouch images supplied to improve quality both in print and digital formats.
- Work with senior designers to understand a brief.
- Deliver concise, accurate documents as defined by the client and senior designers.
- Proof-read all work to produce accurate and high-quality work before passing completed work back to senior designers.
- Follow the calendar/schedule as far as possible, keeping accurate records of time spent on each job.
- Review graphics, layouts, fonts, colours and sizing before passing work to the production team.
- Ensure all library files are up to date and easy to locate.

**Salary**: £22, 500 to £24, 000 - dependant on experience

Annual Leave: 20 days plus Bank Holidays

Required experience: Minimum 1 year in Graphic and Web Design

Benefits: Company pension after qualifying period

**Salary**: £22,500.00-£24,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
