About the Role:

As the Fundraising General Manager at Zen Fundraising, you’ll be at the forefront of managing and developing client relationships, ensuring the successful delivery of campaigns for our charity partners. You’ll oversee accounts, seek new opportunities, and collaborate closely with internal teams - all while promoting our ethical and quality-first approach to fundraising.


Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Oversee new client campaigns and manage accounts

Negotiate contracts and close deals

Collaborate with fundraising teams to drive results

Deliver outstanding client service, ensuring we meet objectives and campaign goals


What we’re looking for:

2+ years of account management experience (preferably in the charity sector)

Experience with F2F or telephone fundraising is a plus

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

A passion for making a difference through ethical fundraising
