About Us


WOAW was the first Personal Branding agency in the UK and owes much of its success to its forward thinking view of where the industry was heading. Since then, the industry has changed a lot. Now, almost 7 years on, we’re in the final stages of a significant transformation and are looking to double down in a new direction in 2025.


In the final quarter of 2024, we will be testing a variety of new approaches to running client campaigns. This includes trying new working styles with clients, analysing what works and what doesn’t, and developing new approaches for running client campaigns in the process.


We have big ambitions to significantly grow the business in 2025, and these final few months of 2024 will be key to building our foundation to do so. Our hope is that this creative copywriter hire will be part of the next chapter of the business, as we expand our client-base, service offerings and team in the new year.

The Role


  • This role will be perfect for someone who enjoys working in a startup environment, being scrappy and testing new things with a team that are excited by growth and learning.


  • You will be working with our CEO and Ops Lead; you’ll be responsible for creating compelling, engaging, and insightful LinkedIn content that aligns with the goals of our clients.


  • You’ll work directly from our Soho office 4 days per week, collaborating to ensure the content we create is aligned with our strategic vision for each client and their tone of voice.


  • The in-office time will be key to researching, brainstorming, creative collaboration, and providing real-time feedback to ensure success in every project.


  • Whilst the primary responsibility of this role will be to research and write content for our clients, there may be other copywriting needs that we’ll want your help with too. This could include new services that we launch for clients, helping to rewrite our website copy and more.


  • This role will also look to see the advancements of AI as an extension of our ability, rather than as a threat. This will involve leaning into the use of AI for research and content creation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Write strategic LinkedIn content: Create punchy, thought-provoking posts in a range of formats that highlight our clients' expertise, insights, and leadership in their respective industries.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and Ops Lead in-office to align copy with overall personal branding strategies and client goals, and support in creating those strategies.
  • Research and stay updated on trending topics in entrepreneurship and relevant industries to incorporate into content.
  • Adapt the tone of voice for each client, ensuring consistency and authenticity across their LinkedIn profiles.
  • Assist in developing content calendars and strategic content plans that deliver impactful, engaging posts.
  • Proofread and edit content to maintain a high standard of quality and brand voice integrity.
  • Leverage the growing set of AI tools to aid and help with the content creation process, ultimately seeing AI as part of the


What We’re Looking For:

  • +1 years experience in copywriting, with experience in creating copy for social media and/or an ability and desire to learn how to do so.
  • A creative storyteller who can write clearly, concisely, and persuasively while keeping the client’s unique voice at the forefront.
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn as a platform, its nuances, and best practices for audience engagement.
  • Ability to adapt writing style for different clients and industries.
  • A self-starter with excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating closely with the team in the office.
