Who Are We

Social Drip is a small London based Social Media Agency and are now searching for a creative and strategic part time Social Media Manager, passionate about social media and deeply interested in the creator economy.

We currently manage social media for a diverse range of clients varying from skincare brands to interior designers and restaurants; and work directly with the senior management / founders of the business to plan, discuss and execute all content strategies. Our mission is to set our clients up for social media success, and take away burden and stress of managing their social platforms so they can focus on their core operations. Combining our expertise in business development and social media, every plan we execute ensure their business growth is aligned with their social media growth. We establish strong connections through regular engagements via WhatsApp, phone, email, and in-person meetings, ensuring we are aligned with their vision and goals.


Your Role

Content Strategizing : Collaborate with clients to put together strategies which align with their business and social media goals.

Content Creation : Work closely with our videographers to plan and execute engaging and impactful content for each client. You may be also required to produce content in house using our in house filming and editing equipment.

Community Engagement : Foster dynamic interactions by engaging with followers, customers, and influencers across multiple platforms.

Client Communication : Maintain fluid, ongoing communications with clients, providing regular updates on their social media activities.

Research : Staying ahead by researching the latest in social media trends, algorithm changes, industry and platform updates.

Performance Analysis : Use social media listening tools to analyse and asses account performance and translate this information into a report for clients to understand

Innovation : Spearhead initiatives to attract more clients to Social Drip, incentivised by a rewarding commission structure.

Content Scheduling and Posting : Posting, building content calendars and scheduling

Copywriting : Craft engaging text for various content forms, ensuring it resonates with the client's unique voice.


Experience Requirements

Proven Track Record : 3-4+ years in a social media-focused role, whether in-house or with an agency.

Travel : Can commute to Hounslow and/or Hampton

Love All Things Socials : You're fascinated by brands, how they market themselves, and use social media to do this

Organisational Skills : Exceptional ability to manage multiple projects, stay on track with client communication, check and update company calendar with key dates and keep all video and image content super organised at all times

Strategic Thinking : Ability to contribute to long-term social media strategies that drive growth and brand development, while staying ahead of trends and opportunities.

Exceptional Writing Skills : Strong copywriting skills to adapt to various client tones and styles.

Technical Expertise : Familiar with key social media listening, scheduling and editing tools (Canva, Brandwatch, Flick, Later, CapCut, Adobe Express etc)

Project Management Skills : Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects across different client accounts, balancing competing priorities and deadlines.

Data Driven : Understands the importance of referring back to content insights when generating new content ideas and uses performance analytics and key stats to refine and improve content strategies.

Paid Social : Understands how to use Meta for paid campaigns
