About the company

I am currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Automotive OEM, based in Gaydon, who are seeking a Scrum Master to join their team

Job Description

As Scrum Master, your main responsibilities include:

  • Lead teams in transforming to Agile ways of working
  • Lead and be responsible for complex initiatives, in cross-functional and cross-located teams
  • Influence, motivate and support other Scrum masters
  • Influence PO and Stakeholders, to ensure teams are delivering maximum value
  • Contribute to the strategic direction of products delivered

Qualifications / Skills needed

  • Experienced Scrum Master
  • Experience of managing projects & backlogs, in tools such as Confluence & JIRA
  • Automotive experience
  • University Batchelor's Degree
  • Ability to communicate at all levels of business, technical and non-technical
