As part of our ongoing cultural transformation, we are seeking a talented HV Systems Squad Scrum Master to provide Agile guidance and delivery support for the HV Systems Integration Team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the team in planning work through focused and engaging meetings.
- Identify and remove barriers that slow down team acceleration.
- Promote empowerment and transparency within the team.
- Collaborate with the product owner to align delivery goals with Agile working structure.
- Create high-value increments that meet the Definition of Done.
- Facilitate stakeholder collaboration as needed.
- Support Scrum adoption and implementation within the team, maintaining the accuracy and quality of work planned in JIRA.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- Experience in managing workstreams with Agile processes/methodologies (e.g., DevOps, Scrum, SAFe).
- Familiarity with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and collaboration platforms.
- Ability to organize work tasks effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to foster strong team dynamics.
- Understanding of high-quality user stories and driving them towards a satisfactory MVP.
- An adaptable, pragmatic, and inquisitive approach.
- Deep commitment to continuous improvement, with the confidence to challenge accepted wisdom.
