**Scrum Master / Senior Specialist**

Contechs are currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Automotive OEM based in **GAYDON** who are seeking a **Scrum Master/Senior Specialist** to join their team

**Position Description**:

- Educating and coaching Agile best practices Jira Board administration
- Set up of Agile operating model
- Supporting the team in removing impediments
- Enabling team to deliver business objectives
- Ensures the voice of the team is heard and understood
- Generate and share reports on team performance, objectives and forecasts
- Manage external product dependencies

**Skills Required**:

- Jira skills
- Agile working practices
- Metric development

**Experience Required**:

- Significant experience working in a technical environment with cross functional teams
- Experienced with Agile Frameworks and Agile planning tools
- Significant experience of facilitating and delivering training packages and development plans.
- Adapting them to meet organisational and team needs appropriately
- Ability to communicate with individuals from both technical and non-technical backgrounds and present training and processes content in a meaningful, clear and concise way

**Experience Preferred**:

- Understanding of Software Development processes and continuous delivery

**Additional Information**:

- Hybrid working - it will be 1 day per week on site.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 9 months

Pay: £31.25 per hour
