We are currently partnering with a reputable Housing Association based in the South West, who are recruiting for a Facilities Manager to join their growing team on an 18 month fixed-term contract (FTC).This is a full-time position with a salary of £46,742 per annum and the start date is subject to notice.Duties will include (but are not limited to): Ensuring Health and Safety Compliance is being achieved across a range of different workplaces, estates and facilitiesPartnering with senior managers to oversee both hard and soft service contractsSupporting acquisitions, disposals and refurbishments across a range of different estatesManaging the relationships with landlords and tenants alike to ensure that compliance documentation is appropriately sharedManaging a team of two estate coordinators and one estate technicianServicing notices where break clauses allow and leading on rent review negotiationsOverseeing facilities management services are compliant in regards to Lift, Fire, Water Management, Gas Safety and Electrical Safety Requirements:NEBOSH General, RICS or IWFM QualificationFull UK driving licenceRewards and Benefits:Hybrid workingFlexible working daysWorking hours:Monday – Friday, flexible start/finish timesPlease note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.James Andrews is acting as an employment agency and business in relation to this role.At James Andrews Recruitment Solutions we try to respond to all applications personally, however, due to the high volume of applications this is not always possible.
