We are excited to offer an 18-month fixed-term contract for a skilled Commercial Estate Manager to join our clients team. This role involves managing workspaces across various locations, including Hampshire, Wiltshire, Somerset, and London. The workspaces under your care will include meeting rooms, offices, breakout areas, and focused work zones.
We are seeking a candidate with strong experience in Estates and Facilities Management (FM), who brings a positive mindset and a "can-do" attitude. You will be an integral part of a wider team, delivering high-quality results across multiple projects. A solid background in service and Health & Safety compliance is essential, along with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
In this role, you will oversee 3-4 direct reports, including Estate Technicians and Estate Coordinators, and you should have experience in managing and liaising with contractors when necessary.
As one of three Estate Managers, you will take charge of a portfolio of workplaces, ensuring effective estate and facilities management services, and maintaining Health & Safety compliance within your area. These workplaces include a mix of hub-and-spoke offices, operational yards, and scheme hub offices. You will also be responsible for both hard and soft service contracts, with the support of your team, ensuring a positive workspace experience for all colleagues, customers, and visitors.
