We are currently partnering with a reputable Housing Association based in the South West, who are recruiting for a Facilities Manager to join their growing team on an 18 month fixed-term contract (FTC).
This is a full-time position with a salary of £46,742 per annum and the start date is subject to notice.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Ensuring Health and Safety Compliance is being achieved across a range of different workplaces, estates and facilities
- Partnering with senior managers to oversee both hard and soft service contracts
- Supporting acquisitions, disposals and refurbishments across a range of different estates
- Managing the relationships with landlords and tenants alike to ensure that compliance documentation is appropriately shared
- Managing a team of two estate coordinators and one estate technician
- Servicing notices where break clauses allow and leading on rent review negotiations
- Overseeing facilities management services are compliant in regards to Lift, Fire, Water Management, Gas Safety and Electrical Safety
Requirements:
- NEBOSH General, RICS or IWFM Qualification
- Full UK driving licence
