Job Title: Roofing Operative

**Salary**: £32000 - £42000

Contracted: 40 hours per week

New Look Oxon is a small but growing Construction and Facilities Management company that undertakes various maintenance and project work across a diverse portfolio including Ministry of Defense and Ministry of Justice facilities. We have offices at RAF Brize Norton and Shrivenham but cover multiple locations across the South East and South West.

We are currently looking for an individual to support our roofing division.
- Be comfortable working alone as well as part of a team.
- Have experience in all elements of roofing.
- Be able and willing to lead on jobs as well as educate and mentor members of the team as and when required.
- Deliver excellent customer service and be able to interact and maintain relationships. with stakeholders at all levels.
- Have high attention to detail and the ability to self-motivate.
- Have the capability to problem solve and communicate effectively.
- Be able to support operations across the business.
- Be comfortable with the physical challenges that come with this role.

Essential
- Full UK driving license
- Ability to pass enhanced security checks

Desirable
- CSCS Card

**Salary**: £15.00-£20.00 per hour

- Roofing: 1 year (preferred)
