Salesforce Advisory - Global Management Consulting

Hiring at multiple levels - London, UK - Major 24/25 growth initiative


We are working with a Global Management Consultancy who are currently building out their Salesforce team with talented individuals experienced in Salesforce-enabled transformations. This role offers a unique opportunity to blend functional expertise with the innovation of the Salesforce platform.


As part of a growing management consulting team, you will utilise world-class Salesforce technology services to drive value for clients across multiple industries.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver Front Office transformation projects, from strategic assessments to Salesforce implementations.
  • Provide expert advice on functional optimizations using Salesforce capabilities.
  • Work across diverse sectors, including life sciences, consumer goods, financial services, and telecommunications.
  • Leverage Salesforce’s core and industry-specific clouds to solve complex client challenges.
  • Foster strong client relationships, positioning our client as a trusted advisor.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver connected, outcome-driven transformation programs.
  • Drive internal capability development, staying abreast of industry trends and Salesforce innovations.


Required Skills and Experience

  • Salesforce Expertise : 7–24 years of Salesforce advisory experience, with significant exposure to core clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing) and emerging solutions (AI, Data Cloud, Mulesoft, Tableau).
  • Consulting Experience : Minimum 5 years of experience in digital transformation projects leveraging the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Industry Knowledge : Deep expertise in one or more sectors, such as health and life sciences, financial services, or consumer goods.
  • Leadership Skills : Experience managing client relationships, leading bid teams, and delivering high-impact workshops.
  • Technical Understanding : Strong grasp of Salesforce architecture, human-centered design thinking, and process optimization.
  • Soft Skills : Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Mobility : Willingness to travel for project-related work.
