The Opportunity:

We’re expanding our Leeds-based International Executive Search Team with a focus on serving clients in the United States. As an Executive Search Consultant, you’ll play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and placing senior-level talent with our US-based clients. This is a unique opportunity to build on our expanding network in the US, working closely with clients to understand their unique hiring challenges and delivering solutions that exceed their expectations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Jackson Hogg’s US clients to understand their strategic talent needs and develop search strategies.
  • Engage, assess, and present top-tier senior talent, focusing on industries including Life Sciences, Chemicals, CleanTech and Industrial markets
  • Develop and manage a robust pipeline of qualified candidates, ensuring proactive sourcing for current and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support search strategies and provide insights to clients.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and candidates, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor.
  • Collaborate with the broader international team to leverage Jackson Hogg’s global network and best practices.


Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in executive or senior-level recruitment, ideally with exposure to the US market.
  • Strong industry knowledge in sectors such as Life Sciences, Technology, or Engineering.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and consult with senior stakeholders.
  • Driven, proactive, and results-oriented, with a passion for delivering high-quality recruitment solutions.
  • Adaptable and collaborative, able to thrive in a fast-paced and growing international team.
