The Education Assistant and Behaviour Support Specialist will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of our curriculum and promoting positive pupil behaviour. As a member of our education team, you will work closely with teachers, instructors, and other support staff to develop and implement engaging lesson plans and activities that cater to the diverse needs of our pupils. Your responsibilities will include providing individualised support to pupils, contributing to behaviour management initiatives, and participating in ongoing training and professional development.

Responsibilities:
• Assist teachers and instructors with lesson planning and delivery
• Provide individualised support to pupils with social, emotional, and mental health difficulties
• Participate in behaviour management initiatives, including developing and implementing behaviour plans
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve outcomes
• Attend training sessions and workshops to develop new skills and knowledge
Requirements:
• GCSE C/4 or above in English and Maths or equivalent
• Experience working with children and young adults with social, emotional, and mental health difficulties
• Strong knowledge of child development and psychology theories
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
