Job Title: Academic Support Assistant

As a dedicated Academic Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting teaching and learning across all key stages at Aspire People. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting teachers with planning and delivering lessons, providing targeted support to small groups or individual students, managing classroom behaviour, ensuring a positive learning environment, and supervising students during break times and lunch.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team, and have a strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of pupils.
