  • Clinical Leadership: Support and inspire colleagues through active demonstration of clinical best practices, while also mentoring and supervising junior staff and students.
  • Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including local CCGs, PCNs, and acute trusts, to ensure a seamless, integrated approach to patient care.
  • Contribute to Service Development: Be at the forefront of implementing innovative care models, with opportunities to shape and refine our services to better serve our community.
Who We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking motivated Podiatrists with:
  • A BSc Degree in Podiatric Medicine or equivalent, with HCPC registration and a Certificate in Local Anaesthesia.
  • Experience working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams and managing a variety of podiatric conditions, including high-risk cases.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills, with the ability to manage a busy, varied workload.
