Salary: £45,000 per annum + company car + laptop and mobile phone
You will be joining a leading design and manufacture company providing fixtures to the aerospace industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for growing and developing the business and developing field sales staff within the technical sales department.
Senior Technical Sales Manager Responsibilities:
Maintaining and increasing company sales.
Establishing, maintaining, and expanding the customer base specifically key accounts.
Increasing business opportunities through sales channels to market.
Review and identify the current market and former opportunities through effective use of the Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) and social media, maintaining existing clients and winning new business.
Attending networking, exhibitions, and business social events to secure and grow new and existing clients.
Liaise with the design team to ensure projects are within time scales.
BA bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering or equivalent with experience in tooling as a related field
Experience managing a sales team.
Willingness to travel across the UK and overseas.
Company pension with a combined contribution of 8% (company contributes 3%).
Annual 25 days holidays.
