Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced, data-oriented Head of Recruitment Delivery to lead our recruitment delivery team. Reporting directly to the Global Head of Sales, you will oversee the implementation and adherence to established KPIs, enforce efficient processes, and drive successful placements across various verticals. Your strong analytical skills, focus on data-driven decision-making, and dedication to excellence will be crucial to maintaining our standards and achieving our growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • KPI Management : Drive adherence to and improvement of existing KPIs, ensuring the recruitment team meets and exceeds targets.
  • Process Oversight : Implement, monitor, and refine recruitment processes already in place to optimize efficiency and placement success.
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making : Utilize data and analytics to guide recruitment strategies, track performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Team Leadership : Manage and mentor the recruitment delivery team, fostering a performance-driven culture and providing regular coaching on best practices.
  • Reporting & Analysis : Regularly report on recruitment metrics, placements, and team performance to the Global Head of Sales, providing actionable insights and updates on team productivity.
  • Candidate and Client Management : Ensure excellent service and communication standards in candidate placements and client interactions, enhancing Pagos Consultants' reputation and client satisfaction.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Client Teams to align recruitment delivery with business objectives and client needs.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven Experience : Minimum of 8 years in a recruitment delivery leadership role, ideally within an agency specializing in payments, fintech, tech, or life sciences.
  • KPI-Driven : Strong track record of setting, managing, and meeting recruitment KPIs, with an emphasis on metrics that drive placements and productivity.
  • Process-Oriented : Demonstrated experience in implementing and refining recruitment processes to improve efficiency and results.
  • Data Savvy : Ability to leverage data and analytics to assess team performance, forecast placement outcomes, and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Leadership Skills : Strong team management experience, with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop high-performing recruitment professionals.
  • Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present data insights and performance reports to senior stakeholders.
  • Results-Oriented : Focused on achieving and exceeding placement targets, maintaining client satisfaction, and contributing to overall revenue growth.
