Contract Administrator - FM Service Provider - Greenwich - Up to £32k per annum 

Exciting opportunity to work for a Leading FM Service Provider situated in Greenwich CBW is currently recruiting for a Contract Administrator. The successful candidate will be required to provide efficient, professional business management and improvement support across the contract (Hard Services) including 3rd party suppliers and support other contracts when required, delivering commercial compliance, detailed reporting, strategic planning support and working in partnership on all financial aspects.

Monday to Friday 
8:00am to 17:00pm 
On-site parking available
Office based
Permanent position  Key duties & Responsibilities:

Maintain efficient and effective administration tasks, commercial duties, reporting requirements and any account related planning or support activities
Work in partnership with the Finance team to ensure sharing of best practice and consistent financial reporting, adherence to accounting and the company policies and any other financial support required.
Attention to detail to deliver monthly, quarterly and ad hoc reporting.
Liaise with subject matter experts to ensure process documents are in place across the contracts.
Deliver communication plans for contracts.
Provide general admin support for line manager and contract manager.
Support Contract Managers with Internal and customer reporting
Submission of Client applications and billing where required
Raise all monthly variations, credits and update the suppliers reconciliation trackers
Collate and report on KPIs
Support with costings and commercial agreements
Accurate and timely reporting to purchasing, labour costs, stock, cash controls
Develop effective relationships with all customers and clients.
Timely recording and remitting of all company bookwork
To manage own workload to ensure that managers’ and contract timescales are met
To run reports for the hard services team leaders and managers to follow through on outstanding jobs to meet target deadlines.
Working closely with the hard services team to provide a proactive service for their requirements.
To complete any other tasks within the skill set required and directed by your line manager
Requirements:
Experience within an FM environment
Ability to work to tight deadlines and targets
Experience of financial reporting
Excellent PC skills to include Outlook, Word and Excel
Process document creation liaising with SME
Excellent people management skills
Business Intelligence reporting experience 
WIP / Debt control and reporting 
High communication skills 
FSI / MRI Concept experience
