£24,000 - £24,500 pa

Our client, a friendly, non-profit membership organisation based in Rugby, are looking for a Training Administrator to join their small but busy team. As this role is in a small team, there will not be a huge amount of progression available for the successful candidate in the near future.

The key responsibilities for a Training Administrator:

* Answering and managing enquiries over the phone and via email

* Maintaining the database and CRM system

* Processing application, chasing payments and organising DBS checks, sending out certificates, booking accommodations etc

* Setting up training rooms

* Coordinating exam dates, booking tutors

* Raising invoices, credit notes and chasing payments

The minimum requirements for the Training Administrator:

* Some administrative experience with brilliant admin skills

* Excellent communication skills - over the phone, in person and via email

* Ability to plan, organise, prioritise and use initiative

* Good with IT systems and can pick them up with ease

* Highly proactive and great attention to detail

The ideal candidate for the Training Administrator:

* Working knowledge of Xero would be advantageous

* Ability to build and maintain relationships

* Flexible nature and can help out with various tasks

* Can deal with people at all levels

* Used to dealing with customers via all media
