Duties
Ensure all client emails are up-to-date, maintaining timely communication and accurate documentation.
Handle general transport inquiries, offering quotes and support from initial contact through to proof of delivery.
Perform general office administration, including paperwork and filing.
Address client queries and concerns promptly to provide a positive customer experience.
Review and approve sub-contractor invoices, directing them to the appropriate department for payment.
Coordinate store bookings and access requests, scheduling all necessary resources efficiently.
Offer general office support, which may involve preparing presentations, managing health and safety protocols, and arranging bookings for drivers and fitters.Click and apply Now
