Supply Chain Administrator

As the successful Supply Chain Administrator, you will have previous administration experience, gained within a procurement/supply chain environment, you will have an excellent eye for detail/data accuracy and possess strong organisational skills. Able to communicate and collaborate between departments, while multi-tasking and switching between conflicting priorities. This is an Agile role and there will be a requirement to attend meetings in the Chorley office as needed.

What you'll do:

Support, coordinate and provide administrative resource within the supply chain function
Ability to understand and manage conflicting priorities.
Maintain data within internal systems accurately, effectively and timely to ensure they are fit for the teams use
Manage your activities to meet deadlines and quality standards taking account of impact outside area of responsibility
Ability to take complex information and present this in a simple format.Supply Chain Administrator Key requirements:

Demonstrable administrative service delivery experience gained within a procurement, buying or supply chain environment
Ability to understand and manage priorities within a fast-paced working environment
Computer literate, competent in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel and other systems such as Oracle
Ability to build and maintain key relationships
